Lighting Controls Systems

Current  building energy regulations require property owners, tenants and operators to produce accurate energy reports detailing each area of usage for example lighting, power, air conditioning etc. In a standard 4 storey office building up to 40% of a buildings energy usage is through lighting, it makes sense to put in place energy saving controls and bring the lighting system  onto the buildings energy and environment management systems (BEMS).
 
We are pleased to be able to offer bespoke Energy Saving lighting control systems which enables the end user to save money and improve their green credentials whilst still maintaining a comfortable glare free environment.
